Yet another crappy service at a tires plus. Came in for an oil change, alignment check and basic inspection before i leave for a road trip next week. I’m in the middle of moving and couldn’t do it at home this time. I was there for 3.5 hours. They recommended i place my rear shocks and tires all around. They said the shocks were leaking severely snd completely blown out, unsafe to drive. The shocks were installed 15k miles ago last summer and are heavy duty off road bilsteins. These shocks generally last well over 100k miles with normal highway use. Oddly enough they were also bone dry underneath the protective boot. They also rebound perfectly. After they checked them, they didn’t reinstall the boot properly either and missed the ziptie that holds it up. The tires are at least 75% tread and no where near needing replacement. They have only 10k on them as they’re my summer set. For the inspection, i was not provided anything resembling a checklist, tread depths, tire pressures, brake wear etc. Just lies. For the alignment i was not provided a worksheet showing angles once done. Edit: they did the alignment. Truck is almost undrivable on the highway. Now get the make yet anoth

Absolutely stellar service. My brakes went out on and I was freaking out, but they got me right in for an early morning appointment and I was back on the road the same day. They also sent me a list of all issues with pictures and categorized everything by urgency so I was able to make the best decision for myself and my car. Transparent, kind, and efficient. Thank you!!

The staff never acknowledged me when I walked in, never greeted me, and never asked how they could help. The atmosphere was very unwelcoming and came across as unprofessional. As a customer, you expect at least a simple greeting or someone taking a moment to understand why you’re there. I’m a strong believer in supporting local businesses because they are the backbone of our community. Unfortunately, experiences like this make it difficult to continue doing so. It left me wondering whether some customers are simply made to feel less welcome than others. Based on my repeated experiences, I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this shop to others. Customer service costs nothing, but it makes all the difference.

Patrick, Eric, and Kevin have always been the best service advisors that we have worked with. We run a fleet company that has been in business with these guys for the last 5 years and we have Always been able to count on them for everything. Whether it comes to fast service, perfect service mechanics who are on top of their stuff and know exactly what to do, you can always find that at Tires Plus.

Alignment and full car check - Less than thrilled with the service as they were understaffed for the time I was there, 3 pm and on, and instead of taking accountability blame was passed onto staff who were doing their job. Front of the store staff told me verbally what they found my car could use and then had emergency (the service done didn't work and was like they didn't do it at all and they sent the customer home without his car) with MANY phone calls. . .all while the back was waiting to hear if I wanted any of those issues fixed. By the time the man in front was able to give me an estimate the next customer came in for the service my car was supposed to have so they just serviced his car while making me wait and telling me it was now too late to have any of the suggested items done and I had to wait for my car to be aligned because he had an alignment at 4 when mine was at 3. My car was not done in the time I was told because the front was so swamped they never told the back to move onto the next step with my car so I then had to wait for 45 min for them to do another customer before my car. What a waste of my time!!! I even approached and asked and was told he was dealing w
